Dancer of the Month November

Ce Ce Sutton

Hi my name is Ce Ce Sutton and I am a member of Mrs June Pughe's Allesley School of Dancing.

I challenge myself to attempt all kinds of dance including Ballet, Tap and Jazz. I also have Limbering and Musical Theatre tuition with Lizzie.

I have made myself many good friends at Allesley including Mrs Pughe's family.

I am 12 years old and already I have been very fortunate with my performing auditions.

I have worked with Bill Kenwright on “Whistle Down the Wind” and have performed for Andrew Lloyd Webber in London . I have also had a great time playing little orphan “Annie” at her Majesties Theatre in the West End of London, College Theatre in Coventry , and Bedworth Civic Hall.

Last year I had a wonderful opportunity to play Cossette in “Les Miserable” at Birmingham 's Boult Hall. Other Principle roles include Kathy in “Scrooge,” Simba in “Lion King” Louisa in “The Sound of Music” and Lena , Lovella and Lorretta in “Bugsy Malone.”

Many chorus roles have come my way, and solo songs in Concerts and Charity Events.

At home I am a keen drawer and I love to invent Cartoon Characters. I already have a substantial collection of these characters.

I also like to sew (I made my own costumes for Mrs Pughe's recent show.) I enjoy reading my favourite authors - which include J. Wilson and J.K. Rowling and I also like to cook.

I have my own patch of garden which I share with my pet Rabbit Graham.

I like to travel and recently went with my Uncle and Mother to Australia which was a wonderful experience.
In September I entered my second year at Bablake Senior School where I have discovered a love of launguages.
